• Building market positions by defining, developing, locating and closing business relationships.
• Examining potentials & risks for business opportunities.
• Attending meetings with clients & resolving their queries.
• Conducting research to identify customer needs & new market opportunities.
• Developing entry level staff into valuable & skilled sales people.
• Keeping records of revenues, sales, invoice, etc.
• Responsible for business expansion.
• Responsible for business generation through New Accounts in the specified geographical area.
• Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales & handling clients efficiently.
• Setting targets and take corrective action when needed, review performance with team members.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.
• Handle marketing initiatives and alliances in the assigned territory.
