Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager (SM)/ Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our clientele across the globe.

These SMs/ BDMs will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. They will have to build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.

The remuneration will be on a profit-sharing basis or above based on the business generated.

The role focuses on the sale of IT Services, IT Support Outsource, Computer AMC Services, Office (Computer) Networking Solutions, CCTV Camera Installation & Maintenance, Data Backup & Disaster Recovery Services, IT Infrastructure Development & Maintenance.

1. Research of new business opportunities, likely sales points, and budgets

2. Developing sales strategies to achieve long term growth in selected accounts

3. Align Pearson capability with our customers’ critical business issues

4. Deploy company resources to develop customer relationships and meet revenue goals

5. Strong selling skills/negotiation and presentation skills

6. Demonstrate collaborative attitude and behavior consistent with the team and organizational values

7. Aptitude for learning new technologies and skills. Comfortable with digital media

8. Field-based & willingness to travel (up to 100%)

• Demonstrable track record in leading a high-performance sales team

• Extensive experience in leading complex deal sizes.

• Prior global responsibility for multinational accounts

• Executive-level business acumen and financial/analytical skills

• Proactive, strategic planning experience and approach
