Job Description
Responsible to plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy for company's financial success, implement marketing communications plans to gain maximum exposure, maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing marketing strategies (both online and offline) to enhance the brand.
Determine the market planning & formulate strategy for business growth generating leads/opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to raise the company & business profile.
Research and identify new market opportunities and customer needs.
Lead all aspects of business relationships with the customers.
Targeting new business development areas in new and existing markets.
Develop and deliver new sources of profitable business through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Build rapport/mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy and plans.
Drive marketing activities to win new business from existing and new customers to add revenue and profit.
Desired Profile:
Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role.
Experience in developing healthy lead pipeline from the ground up.
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
Excellent command over English.
Result-oriented with excellent planning, time management and organizational ability.
Proficient in MSOffice software with good documentation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, convincing and negotiation skills.
Graduate or Post Graduate in any specialization (specialization in Marketing would be preferred)
