JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India.
Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate
Service Firms such as JLL, CBRE etc. / Leading Architects and Planters organizations.
Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines.
Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall
efficiency through development and prequalification of leads
Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position
product solutions to meet surfaced needs
Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to
customers real-time needs
Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Development) to promote sales
for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations
Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and Fabricators
Liasioning with the Government new infrastructure projects
Analytical skills for business development
Client wise competition mapping, Competitors update, analysing competitors strength and weakness, and Identify new market
potential
Project identification and tracking through Project life cycle for identifying opportunities.
