We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and energetic Business Development Manager to grow and increase our presence in the assigned Region. The Regional Business Development Manager is expected to have experience and expertise in business development and immigration case processing. To perform this job successfully, applicants are expected to have an excellent attitude and very high communication skills and the ability to handle high case volumes and a diverse clientele. The Business Development Manager will report to the Director of Digital Sales and will work along with all levels of our organization, serving as an integral member of our global team.
ABOUT THE JOB DUTIES
Countries responsible for - All countries in an assigned Region
Complete A to Z in generating leads and closing the sales.
Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding their Immigration options
Handling queries and following up with leads/ clients over the Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and during Meetings to maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Effectively manage prospects and maintain key information about communication history/notes using CRM.
Continuously monitor changes to various Canadian Immigration regulations/ Draws & keeping up-to-date with alterations to the laws.
Look to exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
