Responsibilities
● Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead the pitch
● Identify trends and client needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
● Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices.
● Handle client objections and grievances with persuasion and skill
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's / Master's degree preferably BBA/MBA or related discipline
● Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Minimum 5 years of working experience with sales techniques for BDM role
