POSITION: SENIOR AGENCY MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
TOTAL COMPENSATION : 3LPA TO 6LPA + Confirmation Bonus + Incentive + Medical and Term Insurance Benefits
Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancers) & support / train them and enable them to procure insurance policies from the market& subsequently service the customers
Key Responsibilities:
1. To recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the First-Year Premium target set in the Goal Sheet.
2. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
3. Achieve Targets related to Premium, number of policies, and distribution building to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
4. Ensure all the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support and Services to the customers
5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Prerequisites:
Communication Skills, fluency in the local Language, willingness to travel in the designated city, strong interpersonal skills, and goal orientation
