RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate Lead on the division with strategic plan and process.
2. Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.
3. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
4. Create exclusive distributor and business associates for the company towards business growth .
5. Directing marketing efforts by presenting market research to marketing directors and suggesting strategies to expand market research.
6. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in any stream.
2. Communication skill must be strong.
3. A minimum of 1-3 years of general sales and/or marketing experience.
4. Must be a self-starter and multi task oriented.
5. Expert in word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
On job training -4months where salary shall be /-with monthly business target achievement.
