Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for finding the right potential business entrepreneurs in the market for Franchise in different cities in Tamilnadu
Formulating strategies to expand our presence all over Tamilnadu.
Developing and executing the Franchise Selection Strategy
Generate leads and referrals, through cold calling, social media, networking events, exhibitions and publicity campaigns.
Develop a good rapport and carry out discussions with prospective franchisees.
Create proposals and present them to prospective franchisees.
Schedule meetings with prospective franchisees.
Educate prospective franchisees about available franchising models, based on available resources and strengths.
Conduct background checks, site visits and other forms of verification, to ensure that the prospective franchisee meets all the preliminary requirements for taking up a NCDC franchise.
Participate in a high - performing team of Managers responsible for On - boarding Franchise.
Ownership to create multiple Franchises at different locations at the same point of time
Research and identify potential markets for franchising.
