Job Description:

Numeric, a leading UPS manufacturing company in Chennai is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that revenue targets are met.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and consultants

• Meet or exceed revenue targets

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition and product development opportunities

• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

• Use MS-Office applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiently

Qualifications:

• Any degree with business development experience is required

• Relevant work experience of 7-10 years

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in UPS industry is preferable

• Handling consultants must be preferred

Role Specific Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of business development principles and practices

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies

• Understanding of client and market dynamics and requirements

• Ability to deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

• Proficient in using MS-Office applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
