WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A REGULAR BASIS (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Understanding Business to Government (B2G)
Coordinating with the channel partner (PSU Banks/Referral Partners) from Lead generation to lead conversion.
To build mutually beneficial relationships with banks and help in acquisition of clients.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the ability to manage your own workflow, including that of direct reports to required deadlines. You’ll also need good communication skills in order to work well within the team, as well as being able to negotiate with, and influence, Stakeholders across an organization.
Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
