Duties and Responsibilities
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives -brochures, web site, sales campaign etc.
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Prepare Reports after analyzing the data of different institutions
Attending conferences and industry events
Requirements
Established network with Nursing schools, HSC/Intermediate, PUC, PDC, Arts, Commerce colleges & higher educational institutions (HEIs) would be an added advantage.
Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales.
Experience in selling SaaS based digital transformation platform and placing students abroad .
