Business Development Manager
CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD- A premier organization of Eastern India is involved in various segment of consumer interest. We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
Approaching Potential leads and closes them within a stipulated time frame.
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
Create exclusive distributors and Business associates for the company towards business growth.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
Five years proven track record in business sales or related market
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
