BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

CASEY GALAXY INDIA PVT LTD. – We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market.

RESPONSIBILITY:-

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Create exclusive distributors and business associates for the company towards business growth.

Keep abreast with stock reports, inventory, and product order, re-order etc

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills.

REQUIREMENTS:-

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Excellent organizational skills

Proven sales track record

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

Communication and negotiation skills

Time management and planning skills
