Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
Work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
Conduct research on prospective clients and understand their IT staffing needs
Provide pre-sales support, including solution architecture, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their business objectives and provide customized staffing solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, recruitment, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Provide guidance to the sales team on pricing strategies and competitive analysis
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients
Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or sales support for IT staffing services in the Domestic market
Strong technical knowledge of Domestic IT staffing services, including various roles and technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed
