Good command over English and regional Language. Preferably from Metal industry/ Manufacturing/ FMCG Sales team. Candidate should have managed a sales team of 8-10 executives. Good knowledge of the geographies and the market of the districts he will manage.

Profile –

- To Manage day to day operations through a team and responsible towards the achievement of Sales Target with maximum customer satisfaction. Manage all the Sale & Operation related activities as set by the Management for the districts managed by Divisional Manager.

- To develop innovative marketing programs that drive the sales and Empanelment

- To handle Aucjunction and Rawmet line of Business

- Manage monthly effective sales closing as per calendar

- Setting yearly sales target as well as Individual sales target.

- To Valuate scrap materials and quote for all auctions.

- High value auctions above 10 L to be managed by DM across his districts assigned.
