Spin a network and grapevine for references from existing partners.

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with partners.

Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximise student success.

Enhance, optimise, and leverage the CRM system.

5-7 years of work experience in BD/ consultative sales.

Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them.

Track record in establishing & maintaining relationships with large organisations.

Working knowledge of CRM systems and Digital Marketing.

Strong technical orientation, keeping abreast with latest technologies.

Passion to work with people, help them along their careers.

High standards of excellence and attention to detail.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Passionate about making a difference with their work.

Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight.

Excited to work in the trenches and get their hands dirty.

Equipped with strong fundamentals but flexible & willing to experiment.

Comfortable with remote working tools.

Prior experience with executive search firm or recruiting agency or professional services firm
