• Achievement of Allotted sales Targets
• Lead Generation
• Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
• Well verse with minimum wages calculations.
• Prepare the security services commercial proposal in coordination with the relevant team at the company and submit to clients and conduct discussions and negotiations on the proposals submitted.
• Build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sell a range of services that include Security Solution and Facilities Management.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market
• Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating into business.
• Making all MIS Report
• Ensure appropriate documentation prior to deployment.
• Mapping the area.
• Co-ordination with Operation Team prior to deployment
• Reporting on the closure and pipelines with Heads on periodical basis.
• Taking care of CRM Issues
• Coordinating collections
• Keep track of customer account payment status in liaison with Finance.
