JOB DESCRIPTION
• This role of Business Development Manager is to assist the organization in sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
• Identifying suspects and prospects.
• Handling the day to day customers and existing customer`s problems and can come up with an idea.
• Representing FAAR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (OPC) PVT. LTD for increasing the company’s sales.
• Build a relationship with the prospective network.
• Manage sales pipeline on your hand side with the company`s guidelines.
QUALIFICATION
• 2-5 years of experience as a BDE or 2 years as a BDM.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in BBA or MBA.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills.
• Comfortable phone calling and target-oriented with strong work ethics.
• Have strong negotiation skills.
• Have team leader skills and an ability to handle massive teams at a time independently.
• Must be able to create a good presentation before of clients.
• Must be able to organize events and business meetings with clients.
PREFERABLE
• Have great Communication skills.
• Immediately available
• Pursuing or Completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
