Ltd is an event management company in Lucknow, looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who can organize and manage events for both corporate and private events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and weddings. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective sales strategy and building strong client relationships to drive sustainable financial growth.

Requirements: A graduate degree with excellent communication skills (Relevant experience would be preferred)

A metric-driven individual with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present the brand to prospects

The ability to use consumer data to make informed recommendations for improving the success of an event

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively

Knowledge of current market trends and competition in the event management industry

Responsibilities: Developing, testing, and improving business development strategies for the company

Communicating and arranging meetings with prospective clients

Working with the event management team to identify opportunities and work on them until fruition

Organizing and participating in marketing activities to improve brand awareness and use the same to gain new clients

Knowledge of current market trends and competition in the event management industry

Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and market trends to the management team
