We are looking for a Business Development Manager - IT&ITES to help grow our business towards success. You will need to come up with new and unique business development strategies, set goals and promote the companys image. Your contribution will help maintain a strong relationship with a growing client base which will bring in more profits and fuel our growth.
Responsibilities
Engage in the entire sales process from lead generation, contact management, cold calling, client communication, proposals, contracts, preparing estimates, quotations, invoices, client follow-ups and payment collection.
Required to achieve sales targets month on month.
Help come up with a development strategy for the business with growth objective in mind.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
Drive client follow-ups for invoices and collection of payments.
Engage with customers and drive business development activities including proposals, sales, and marketing collateral creation.
Execute and implement marketing and sales initiatives, both online and offline
Understand client requirements and structure project deliverable in a professional manner and act as the interface between the client and internal team.
Focus on customer satisfaction plans and financial gain strategies.
Promote the companys image, product, and services.
Attending meetings with prospective clients.
Record sales, revenue, and invoices to analyze.
Conducting research after assimilating data to better understand the requirements of the company and clientele.
Ensure the best practices are used with all teams to better the workflow.
Work Experience
Prior experience as a development manager, sales executive or in related fields for minimum 3-5 years.
SME / Enterprise sales: 5 years (Preferred) or
IT/Telecom Broadband: 3 years (Preferred)

At least a bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or other related fields.
