Roles and Responsibilities
• Acquire clients, direct and End-to-End sales of IT services and products (Software)
• Identify revenue opportunities across industries
• Create business relations with existing and potential clients
• Manage and develop client accounts
• Initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients
• Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business
• Report sales progress and activities to the higher manager
• Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain contacts
• Maintain healthy sales pipeline
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development or similar role
• Experience with CRM software sales
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand customer requirement and propose appropriate solution
• Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to sell value and create credibility
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
