Business Development Manager

Job Description

Candidate should belong to concerned local area only.

Must have good English & Kannada Communication skills.

To convince customer to avail the service.

To convert potential customer into sales.

Must be familiar with the process for sales in Construction.

Knowledge of civil constructions.

Periodical follow-up with the prospective clients for finalization on service agreements

and contract documents.

Develop network of reputed clients, brokers and external customers of the company to

get leads for business development.

Developing a sales funnel for the company

Set up meetings with potential clients (Architects ,Builders ,PMC) and listen to their requirements, issues and concerns.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibition or conferences.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Should have experience in handling building materials like steel , cement , tiles , upvc windows , aluminum windows , glass , hardware materials etc.

Hands on experience in CRM software is a plus.

Proven ability to close deals.

Experience - 2 to 5 years
