Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business leads across various platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, social media, email campaigns, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to create a consistent pipeline of new prospects.
Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Conduct end-to-end sales conversations, including cold outreach, presentations, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet client needs and overcome objections.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Identify key target markets, industries, and potential customers for business growth.
Provide input on strategic sales initiatives, new products, or services.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales and lead generation efforts.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.
Track and report on individual and team sales performance to meet or exceed targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and maintain client relationships post-sale to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
