As a sales head, the candidate will be responsible to generate new business into the company while managing and building the sales team.

Communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customers.

Lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale.

Should have business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team.

Should be able to liaise with other departments and people within the organization.

Should manage a complete sales team and manage new business growth.

Should manage and give visibility to the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Should be able to manage the process to reach the targets of the team.

Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.

Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
