* We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, particularly within the Tamil-speaking regions, and possess strong skills in building and managing client relationships.

* Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

* We are looking for a resilient, empathic international business development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development Manager are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship

* We are looking for a experienced Business Development Manager, who has good knowledge about the present import &export terms. Should possess good knowledge about the market, Analyze market trends to create strategies for business have atleast 2 to 5 years experience

Responsibilities:

* Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.

* Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

* Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.

* Identifying new revenue opportunities.

* Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

* Attending networking events to attract and retain clients.

* Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.

* Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

* Attend Business Quaries

* Identify and develop new business opportunities

* Negotiate and close deals

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Understand client needs and provide customized business solutions.
