• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solar rooftop business development or sales.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy solutions, net metering, and power purchase agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
