TIMES BPO is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients who have inquired about our BPO projects, providing them with detailed information, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our BPO services.

Clearly brief them about our services and solutions, addressing their needs and concerns.

Send project details, including all financials, via WhatsApp and email.

Schedule meetings with our Director for further discussions with promising leads.

Maintain consistent follow-ups with positive prospects to nurture relationships.

Drive sales conversion by effectively presenting our value proposition.

Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client handling (preferably in the BPO industry).

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads effectively.

Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools for client communication.

Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
