Business Growth Strategy:

• Understand, develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales, revenue growth, and market expansion

• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and formulate strategies to capitalize on them.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop strategies to acquire new clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and evaluate their viability.

• Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective market entry and penetration strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes that may impact the company's business and product offerings.

Digital Marketing:

• Utilize social media platforms (., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote the company's products and services.

• Understanding of SEO, Google AdSense, AI tools, WhatsApp, SMS & Email marketing to optimise B2B marketing

• Develop and execute social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engage with potential customers.

• Create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and monitor performance using analytics to optimize marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

• Collaborate with different vendors to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
