We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead new client acquisition and drive business growth at our CPO Compliance Sales division. If you have a passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
New Client Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new clients for compliance and processing managed services.
Meet Revenue Targets: Achieve business growth by meeting headcount acquisition and revenue goals.
Pipeline Development: Build a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and other channels.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and CXOs, becoming a trusted service partner.
Sales Forecasting: Set and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on marketing trends and competition.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams to consistently meet client expectations.
What We're Looking For:
Education: MBA from a premier B-School (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate sales, with exposure to a competitive and aggressive sales environment.
Skills: High learnability, strong multitasking abilities, and a knack for hunting new and large accounts.
