Lead Generation and Conversion:

Social Media Marketing Leads:

Call leads generated through social media marketing efforts.

Convert leads into business by effectively communicating services.

Industrial Area Visits:

Conduct door-to-door visits in industrial areas to find new leads.

Engage with potential clients to create business opportunities.

Performance Module:

Achieve a 60% lead conversion rate.

Provide a detailed action plan for the remaining 40% of leads that were not converted.

Service Knowledge:

Understand and effectively communicate key points of services:

Restoration with Modern Technology: Highlight the use of advanced technology for floor restoration.

Zero Noise and Zero Dirt: Emphasize the noiseless and dust-free nature of the service.

Speedy Work: Showcase the efficiency, completing tasks in 15% of the time required by traditional methods.

Client Engagement:

Encourage and convert leads through both online and offline advertisements.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Reporting and Action Planning:

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.

Develop and implement action plans for leads that could not be closed, identifying potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven track record in sales or lead conversion, preferably in the floor restoration or home improvement industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Knowledge of modern floor restoration techniques and their benefits.

Performance Metrics:

Lead Conversion Rate:

Achieve a minimum of 60% closure rate on all leads.

Action Plan Development:

Provide actionable feedback and plans for the 40% of leads not converted.
