Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SAP consulting services sector.
o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
o Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
o Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
o Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the SAP consulting services industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their applications in various industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
