Job Description

We are hiring an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

Experience Required : 4-6 years

Location : Mohali

You may be a good fit for our team if some of the following apply :

- To identify profitable business opportunities based on the analysis of potential profit margins, timescales, and competition.

- Experience in proposal writing and Generating high quality sales leads for the business.

- Confident enough to do international Client Communication using emails, chat, audio and video call, call.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Close sales and achieve quarterly goals, Maintain and expand your database of prospective clients.

- Expertise in Freelance portals Upwork, PPH- People Per Hour, Freelancer and Guru etc

- Expert in Writing Proposals/Costing/Negotiations/Prepare Project schedules.

- Meet and Exceed targets through lead generation.

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, and ability to build relationships
