Designation-Business Development Manager(Bancassurance)
Key Responsibilities:
Bancassurance Sales Management:
Drive the sales of insurance products through the banks branches and digital platforms.
Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with bank branches and internal teams.
Work closely with bank partners to promote insurance offerings and ensure smooth sales operations.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the bank, including branch managers, relationship managers, and sales staff.
Provide ongoing training and support to bank staff, helping them effectively cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to customers.
Act as the key liaison between the insurance company and the bank to ensure alignment on business goals and customer satisfaction.
Product Training & Support:
Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-versed in insurance products, policies, and sales techniques.
Develop and deliver materials and presentations to improve the banks understanding of insurance offerings and sales strategies.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies for bancassurance distribution channels to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
Ensure that all bancassurance activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure the banks staff is well-informed about compliance requirements.
Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for bancassurance growth.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, training activities, and market trends to senior management.
