Designation-Business Development Manager

Ctc- LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

Utilize various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events, to generate new business.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company goals for revenue and growth.

Build and maintain a sales pipeline through ongoing lead nurturing, proposals, and follow-ups.

Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and aligning our offerings with their business goals.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work to turn client relationships into long-term partnerships.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and company resources.

Collaborate with senior leadership to refine strategies, pricing models, and service offerings based on market insights.

Provide feedback and insights to the team regarding client needs, competitor activity, and market trends.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Track and report on sales activities, goals, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Prepare sales forecasts and performance analysis to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Analyze sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
