JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The BDM Agency has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target of the Branch
Planning
• Build required licenses with agreed activation & productivity goals
Target Achievement
• Identifying, Recruiting & Train the Distributor
• Drive and achieve sales and advisor recruitment targets
• Build profitable product portfolio
• Achieve agreed persistency targets
Distribution Efficiency
• ZMA training
• Advisors activation
• Productivity
• Revenue Generation
• Build MDRT/ COT/TOT
Operational Efficiency
• Includes sales & documentation process compliance.
• Drive FTR (First Time Right)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
QUALITATIVE • Achieving sales targets
• Recruitment of ZMA & Advisor
• Activation / Productivity of Advisor
QUANTITATIVE • Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales Targets
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
WORK EXPERIENCE 2-6 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma Sales
QUALIFICATIONS Graduate / (12 + 3 = 15) years of formal education / Postgraduate / MBA from institute of repute
