Experience: 10 years+ Exp in Pharmaceuticals Marketing & Sales

Salary: 6 to 10 LPA

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Science Background/ Pharma

Joining: Immediate

Language Skills: Candidates must be fluent in their local language, English, and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients and teams.

The role of a Business Development Manager (BDM) is crucial in expanding the Business network of a company and ensuring the success of new Business Associates. Here are the key roles and responsibilities typically associated with this position:

1. Recruitment of Business Partners/Associates: -

o Identify potential Business partners who meet the company's criteria and align with its brand values.

o Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates, including tele-callings with personal networking and Meetings with Leads.

o Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments of prospective Business Associates to evaluate their suitability and commitment.

2. Sales Process: -

o Guide potential Business Partners by providing them with detailed information about the Business opportunity, business model, investment requirements, and support services.

o Negotiate terms of the Company agreement, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.

o Coordinate with legal and financial teams to facilitate the sales transaction and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
