Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a robust background in core sales and fieldwork. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lead generation and a proven track record in banking sales. A key requirement for this role is the ability to travel extensively using a bike.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Fixed Deposits (FD).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including field visits to potential clients.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Field Work:
Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable FD products.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and events to generate leads and promote FD products.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in core sales with a focus on fieldwork.
Proven track record in lead generation and achieving sales targets in the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of FD products and the financial services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively using a bike; a valid driving license and own bike are mandatory.
Working Conditions:

Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.
