We need a Business development Manager/ Center Manager for Shamyaan Group of Companies. This requirement is for one of company Bodacious Academy, a reputed Beauty academy located at Kasba, Kolkata.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage business development activities to drive revenue growth for the organization.

Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, market share, and customer acquisition.

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Counselling & Guidance:

Counsel prospective students and parents on available courses.

Assist in suggesting the right courses based on student interests and career goals.

Admissions Management:

Handle inquiries through phone and walk-ins.

Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

Course Coordination:

Schedule classes and communicate updates to students and faculty.

Maintain a detailed calendar for various batches and programs.

Team Management

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in education industry (BD/BDE/Sales/Marketing).

Strong understanding of academic counseling, admission counseling, career counseling, educational marketing, educational sales, and student counseling.

Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
