We are Hiring Business Development Manager - Automotive Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the automotive industry.

Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.

Prospect and qualify potential clients, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers, and other relevant players in the automotive market.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's products or services.

Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms for Company.

Collaborate with internal teams (., engineering, sales, marketing) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the automotive industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

Strong understanding of the automotive industry, its key players, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
