Job Description
o Generating Enquiries & Closing the transactions for recruitment and business consulting
o Handling Presales: Responsible for generating leads through market research/calling/Online data for hiring requirement
o Regularly be in touch with potential clients to develop synergy
o Preparing and sharing Presentations/Proposals with Potential Clients as per their requirement
o Elaborate on the terms of hiring
o Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
o Maintaining a Database of potential Clients
Desired Candidate:
o MBA
o Interest in B2B/Corporate Sales
o 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales
A candidate from the Recruitment industry will be preferable
o Good hands on MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel & Word
o Proactive, Street Smart
o Ideally should be from Gurgaon
