Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager/Executive - US Staffing. The Business Development Manager/Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client relationships. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager/Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development and sales in the US Staffing industry

Strong knowledge of the US Staffing market and industry trends

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
