We are looking for an energetic, self-driven individual to help us with some of our new initiatives. The role is of a Business Development Manager with the following job responsibilities:

• Socialise the concept of ‘career services’ within the community in India and abroad.

• Research potential clients using a variety of resources.

• Increase out-reach.

• Engage with potential clients with the view to sell the services offered by the company.

• Manage company’s social media accounts on a daily basis – create engaging posts, engage with potential clients, run paid-ads (as and when required).

• As agreed during our conservations, be the brand promoter / influencer for Resume2ProjectWork on YouTube and on other social media platforms as required.

• Create engaging audio-visual content to be posted on YouTube and other social media platforms.

• Build and implement marketing strategies to suit the business and increase revenue.

• Assistance in the recruitment process – screening resumes, arranging interviews and conducting interviews.
