Job Description:

- Generate New Business to the company by doing fresh Acquisition of Loan & other different financial products.

- Manage and sell different financial products by conducting several marketing activities.

- Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.

- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Recovery of Loan EMIs

Specific Requirements:

- Should be tech savvy and comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles

- Prior experience in Fintech/Banking /Financial Services/Insurance/NBFC sector will be given preference.

- Should be young and energetic with passion for sales & Marketing

- Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
