Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to establish a strong market presence for our explosive products in India.
Understanding of all licensing required for gaining Explosives manufacturing and distribution.
Understanding of all raw materials required for the manufacturing of commercial and industrial explosives.
Leverage your 15 years of experience in the mining industry to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the Indian market.
Identify potential clients in the mining sector and work towards expanding our customer base.
Obtain and manage necessary licensing for bulk explosive distribution and manufacturing, including ammonium nitrate, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Champion the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain and timely delivery of products to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Initiate and lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Plan and conduct regular business reviews, presenting performance reports and proposing actionable improvements.
