Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education sector, with a proven track record in driving growth and expanding market share. Roles & Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and evaluate market trends.

Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to develop strategies for differentiation.

Business Strategy Development:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.

Identify key growth areas and opportunities for product development or enhancement.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate clients.

Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and services accordingly.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Lead sales initiatives to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Marketing and Promotion:

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote company products and services.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed.
