We are looking for experienced and dynamic Business Development Managers to drive growth in the bitumen and base oils segment. The ideal candidates must have a strong network, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bitumen and base oils market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key customers.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the bitumen and base oils sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian market dynamics and supply chain.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
