The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping us achieve our sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and a passion for understanding and meeting client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching potential clients, qualifying leads, and contacting prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide suitable solutions, and enhance satisfaction.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all stages of the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities; develop strategies to stay ahead.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that meet client needs and align with our brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in [industry/field].
