Your responsibilities will encompass establishing rapport with potential clients, promoting our employee transportation solutions, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies designed to meet and exceed revenue goals within the Bengaluru region.

Identify and engage with corporate clients who can benefit from our innovative employee transportation services, using research, networking, and lead generation techniques.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, gaining insight into their transportation needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our services, effectively highlighting their value proposition and advantages.

Lead negotiations of contracts, ensuring mutually advantageous terms and a positive experience for our clients.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client inquiries or requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Provide regular reports detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and pertinent mark
