JOB DESCRIPTION : a. Prospecting & Lead Generation - Generate Sales Pipeline for all Hot / Warm & Cold leads; and Lead Conversion.
b. Drive Sales through Primary targets through Dealer connects & Sub-Dealer networks.
c. Drive Secondary Targets through cultivating and maintaing strong relationships with all stakeholders viz - End Customers/ Builders/ Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors / Carpenters etc; Foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
d. Meeting Daily Activities, Targets & Objectives beyond the Threshold level set by the company; Demonstrating a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.
e. Organising monthly In-Shop meet & Contractor Meet
f. Frequent Checking of the exisitng stock of all dealer points assigned and take steps to liquidate material; Maintain positive Billing Points.
g. Reporting, & Analysis - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review and strategic planning; Daily CRM Entries to maintain regular Activity Flow & Follow-Up.
DESIRED PROFILE:
Age : - 22 to 28 Yrs.
Qualification: - Any UG / Graduates
Experience: - 1 - 4 Yrs in the Building Material Industry.
Skill Sets : a. Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
b. Good Business acumen - Ability to map the business pottential of the territory and generate revenue.
